M.C.E. introduced since 2002 a Quality Management System following the ISO9001 norm. In the 2018 the company obtained the new IATF 16949 Certification, that is specific for companies working in the Automotive field.

The need and the will to reduce to a minimum its environmental impact by preventing, wherever possible, all forms of pollution through proper waste management, the choice of work techniques and equipment that reduce the production of waste and allow energy savings, have made it possible to obtain ISO 14001 certification starting in 2009.

M.C.E. Srl takes special care to operate in compliance with current legislation, with exceptional consideration given to administrative, safety and environmental legislation.

In order to prevent and reduce risks to the health and safety of workers the company pays the utmost attention during the purchase and / or design phase of work equipment, to the study of the layout of ergonomically correct workstations, to the choice of chemicals that are not harmful to humans and the environment when it is essential to use them and guarantees suitable and safe working environments for the performance of work activities.

Process Quality

During the production process checks and tests are carried out by using measuring instruments that are checked and calibrated according to ISO9001 and IATF standards.

Each production department is equipped with state-of-the-art control equipment and complies with customer requirements.

Statistical Control Software (SPC) guarantees the management and monitoring of the Quality and Capacity of the processes.

Laboratory

The Company is equipped with a Metrological Department and an Internal Laboratory able to carry out dimensional surveys and tests for the approval of products according to the most common standards used in the Automotive sector (USCAR, FCA, GM, BMW, Renault, Audi- VW, PSA, etc.).
